It took us 25 minutes to get our food from the drive through. They said they only had 4 people on staff. The last time we were at this location it took just as long when we went in and it wasn’t busy. Our concretes are melted when given to us, no straws, no napkins, no spoons. Someone came out and asked if we’d been given our drinks at least before being asked to park and wait, we said no and it was another 10 minutes before we saw anyone else. We couldn’t go in and get anything or talk to anyone because they’d locked the doors to the restaurant.

It was good food at a decent price. I'm told I should have gotten a milkshake. I'll do so next time!

Was in the mood for hot dogs so I did a little Google search and Freddy's popped up. Looking at the pictures I actually thought it was a local place in Fredericksburg but it seems to be a national chain at least that's what the cashier told me. I'm a big Chicago dog fan and I was intrigued that they had their own Freddy's version of it. I got a combo meal with the Chicago dog and their shoestring french fries which I made into chili cheese fries and a Diet Coke. After you make it water they give you a little slip and you can take a seat and wait for them to call your number. The place kind of has a 1950s Vibe with red and white checkerboard colors throughout. They have a soda dispensing machine that you get to pick your own drink and fill up with free refills. Food talk about 10 minutes to get which wasn't too bad. The Chicago dog is definitely their own version of it and doesn't have some of the traditional things oh, but it was actually very good. One of the things I think I even preferred over a poppy seed bun was the butter toasted bun. It doesn't have a little Chili Pepper on it but it was really good. The shoestring Fry's we're fried to perfection and they stayed pretty crispy, at least for a while with the chili and cheese on top of them. They also had a couple of different dipping sauces that you could grab when you go pick up your food. Overall I was very impressed with the whole meal and setup of the place. They have a drive-thru and have a number of different burgers, ice cream and shakes you can choose from. Hopefully they'll open one up a little closer here in the Richmond area, but if you're anywhere near one I would highly recommend checking them out.

We stopped by Freddy’s this past Friday for dinner. The place was a wreck. I even witnessed a girl eating as she was preparing the food. Every table was dirty and there was a squished ketchup packet by where you pickup the food. You had to step over the mess to get your food. Where was the manager?
