I've been here well over 20 times in the last year and a half and I've never had an issue. I never see this level of efficiency and accuracy from food establishments as consistent as this Sonic location. I'm nit-picky about employees neglecting to include sauces, straws, and napkins (and eating utensils) and again, I've never had an issue. Unlike with several places in the area. So while Sonic isn't 5/5 star food, this locations employees make it a 5/5 overall score.

Terrible service. Went for milkshakes with my family and we ordered 6 shakes and a large fry and waited over 45 minutes for them while other orders were filled and people ate and left. We asked multiple times where they were and we kept being told they're coming. Come to find out, they rang up our order through the wrong stall and rather than checking or trying to figure it out they let us sit here and kept telling us it would be ready. THEN, they didn't even give us the right order. I've never had such a terrible experience at this sonic and I won't be coming back any time soon.

There are not a lot of Sonics in my area, so whenever I'm on Route 17 I visit that Sonic. I'm never disappointed when I go there. The food is always good. I love the hotdogs, and the Chilli & Cheese Tater Tots. The best part is the Sonic Blast. They are all good, but my favorite is the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. The service has always been fast. The car hoops are friendly, willing to help you. The only bad part is that if you park to eat your food there isn't much of a view other than Route 17.

The service was great. They took my order quickly and in no time my food was delivered by a rolling skating genius. However.......the coffee was barely warm and the hamburger was cold with hard edges like it had been sitting awhile. Plus side, the tater tots were cooked to perfection. Crisp and crunchy, soft in the middle and just golden brown.
