Got a vanilla ice coffee light ice. The woman had a full cup of ice and I said that's supposed to be light ice, she got mad and remade it but when I tasted it, it was awful, it tasted like the coffee was sour. Sad thing is, this is not the first time at this location. And they always seem to have attitude

Smoothie machine and Frap machine are always “broken.” So I always cancel my whole order and leave. Too lazy to actually make them? Then there’s no need for me to give my hard earned money to you.

I go to this McDonald's a lot because it's near my parents. Customer service is a hit or miss at this location. There's a handful of really nice employees and then there's some who has the worst attitude. This morning I went to go get my regular and the manager caught an attitude because THEY MESSED UP my order and I didn't want it so she had to fix it. Instead of just apologizing and fixing it. Then it had caramel all over the cup from her rushing.
