I would have liked a lock on my screen since I was told that they were removed as an owner request. But everything is in working order and I like that about this building.

Very simply it would be courteous if repair and replacement requests or general questions were not totally ignored without any acknowledgement whatsoever as is my experience with the present second team of property managers since I have lived here but responded to in a respectable, reasonable and courteous amount of time. To this date nothing has been said about the unusual time that transpired regarding my unacknowledged requests for kitchen lighting and to this date the one question that I posed has still not been acknowledged or answered. I first asked this question via a letter a few months ago. Generally speaking all other factors are good and the property is maintained very well. The maintenance crew takes care of the property and apartments well. The apartments are nice. All of the units have indigenous ant problems and the population of tenants are all generally congenial. The location in Yorba Linda is very nice. The management provides for several other amenities and events which are helpful and considerate and also welcomed by many. Also the management notifies the tenants about situations, advantages and concerns that everyone should or needs to be aware of. The ants live inside the apartment's structures and are basically part of the flora and fauna. I lived in Yorba Linda for 16 years at Eastlake Village a mile or so up the street prior to living at Stonehaven. Yorba Linda was basically built on an ant hill and everyone experiences ant attacks.
