Yes, you can dispose of oil and latex paint at the transfer station free of charge and you don't need to purchase an annual permit to do so! Spray paint must be brought to a hazardous household waste day.
Mattresses that are not wet and in acceptable condition can be brought to the transfer station free of charge and you don't need to purchase an annual permit to do so! If the mattress is wet, ripped or in very bad condition there is a $30 disposal fee.
