My urgent care visit with my son’s broken finger was great start to finish. Every person we had contact with from check in, to nurses, the doctor, X-ray tech, and Orthopedic tech was efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. Thank you for great care Shasta Health!

I love my Doctor. However, the doctor availability was very hard in the beginning. Plus the doctor I was assigned is very busy, so I have had to wait to see her aprox 2 to 4 weeks for any appointment. But, I have always been able to get an urgent appointment in 1 or 2 days from my call to see someone else. The most negative thing I have experienced, is when I call into the appointment desk, there is the very LONG wait on hold to speak to the appointment desk!

I’ve been to this clinic twice and had a great experience both times (as good as it could’ve been considering I was visiting the doctor!) Everyone is super professional, friendly and quick. Both times I was in an out in 1 hour and didn’t have to wait more than 5-10 minutes in each waiting room. I have recommended Shasta community health to my friends and family and will keep using this clinic when I need urgent care. Thank you!

This is a Gem! A friend recommended SCHC to me and I'm so thankful she did. It's like a 1 stop beautiful place; Doctors, Chiropractor, Pediatrians. e-rays, lab, everything all on-site. The place is beautifully designed but most importantly its very organized and I never have to wait forever even with an appointment; they are very punctual which I appreciate!

Lab opens Monday thru Fri @ 7:30am
They have Urgent Care that helps the people without appointments!! I mean let's say if you get hit by a car you don't make an appointment for that so they have all the needs covered!! Caring people, clean environment
Officially yes, but if you don't have full Medical also, good luck. They aren't really going to help you at all.
Yes
Yes. Most insurances.
Yes
They said the only thing you can do if you get discharged, is to write a letter to the board of directors asking to be a patient again, and to pretty explain why they should take you back.
Mon - Fri, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM

I called to double check, I was told they have a rotating staff and do not close for lunch. Though some smaller departments may have different hours of operation.
Don't get tested, have ur antibodies checked instead
Quest labs is a separate business. They have online information.
Quest labs is a separate company you would probably have to take it up with them.
There's currently a wait list of approximately 1000+ people. I'm waiting too, but they are accepting new patient packets and records and adding people to the wait list. They recommend also using the urgent care if needed.
Everyone they use a sliding scale fee from $15-$35 this helps with people who do not have health insurance also can be enrolled with a card for prescriptions for 1 year
My wife who is 63 and has medical issues has been trying to the shots but no one has responded to her requests. How does she get an appointment for them.
I'm not sure contact them
9:00am to 1:00pm I believe
They have an urgent care at this location and one in Anderson.
Doors at 8:30, clinic starts taking patients at 9
Go to medical records underneath the stairs at the Placer street location.
Coinage? Do you mean cost? They have a sliding scale. It goes by your income. If you are eligible for the sliding scale then your cost to see a doctor runs from 15.00 to 35.00
If you have a doctor at Shasta, then go to urgent care. If not go to the e.r. If you feel really bad, go to the e.r.
Check out their receptionist desk. Almost every employee has their direct numbers.
Yes you can get mental health care with them as well.
