Call center is out sourced to Honduras and the language barrier is difficult. We have had several wrong appointments and drive a hour each time to be refused more than 3 times. It shouldn't be this difficult! Also on their site it says LGBTQ friendly. Shouldn't they be friendly to everyone? Politics? This is getting out of hand. When at the dentist we don't want to know what you do in your bedrooms! Very unprofessional in my opinion.

My son went here for orthodontics. He was seen for about four months before they lost the orthodontist and went six months with no doctor to see his teeth. I finally had to find him a new orthodontist. I would call them to try to find out any information and could never get anybody at the office, I was constantly sent to their call-center with somebody who had zero information for me. If you have financial issues and are looking to go here to save some money, save a little bit more and go somewhere else. This place is nothing but a headache and all you get are empty apologies. And nothing ever changes

If there was a negative star I would use it. This place DOES NOT make it clear that if you are a first time patient you only get to be seen by the dentist get a few xrays and nothing else. I was expecting to get my teeth cleaned so I buckled down and dutifully waited the 3 hours and 50 minutes before I was told I had to schedule another appointment in order to get my teeth ACTUALLY cleaned. On top of that I was told I should get a mouth guard (first time I have ever heard this from any of my dentists). My insurance would not cover it and it would be $505. I waited almost 4 hours for nothing. Thanks but no thanks western dental.

Nothing but issues with this office for years! They just took over 2 years to get my grandpa his new dentures, and now they call me 4 hours before my husband's appointment to have 3 broken teeth fixed saying that they need him to come in early, umm no I made the appointment for the time we could be there we both work, and they said okay well you can come in for x-rays an we will reschedule you again. It took over 2 months to get this appointment and now we have to wait another 2 months to get his teeth fixed. He has gone through 4 200 count bottles of advil in the last 2 months trying to control the pain. It is ridiculous that these issues keep occurring but I have no other option, this is the only place I can go with my insurance. If you can go somewhere else go there, do NOT go here!
