Yes at crestbrook Park u might need to sign up for a time slot during the week its not busy Call the recreation dept for more information
Their refund policy is as follows: "refunds must be requested prior to the Friday before the program begins. No refunds will be given once class begins". You can try calling them at 860-945-5246, they are open 8am till 5pm Monday thru Friday. Hope this helps
