Tosha assistant manager was despicable and Rude. I too am in customer service and you my friend are wrong. She went off on my husband yelling him it's a law bring your bag and plastic is against the law- then proceeded to tell him not to take cart when he couldn't hold all the stuff very unaware of good ol fashion take the cart not the basket explain rationale ( they often get stolen) and proceed to take care of customer period. This is small town we go there all the time. We also went ti dollar store up the street where they gave us bags? I assure you their was a better way to handle the situation. Recently, we went back bc it's a convenient for us and one bad experience doesn't label a crew - and Store manager Shandra was a dream!!! always has been and always will be the epitome of excellence - Thanks Shandra for your pleasant demeanor and professionalism and trying to support her employee. We understand why they choose you to run it- it is unfortunate we had the one incident but we can't let it taint all of your team, we will return! Thanks again for being who you are Shandra you are the experience we usually have, which is great.

I like this store but when I ask to use the bathroom they say no we can't let you use it , they tell you to go to Auto zone to use theirs that is in the same parking lot. I have a weak bladder and I need to go when I have too. I say to them you have to go there to use the bathroom and they say yes. But I see some people using it like the Staff , the men's room is blocked off with. steel shelves but the women's bathroom is'nt. I go to different dollar generals and they let you use it. What if someone can't hold it and has an accident there do they expect you to clean it up That really ticks me off to no end.
