I waited 3 days for this package at home. Now, I've been home on Sunday mornings and no one's knocking on the door! No one asked me to sign? No one delivers the mail! I wonder if there will be a knock on the door?

First review ever! Fedex Ship Center in 35 Mountain View Rd has a horrible customer service! I do use UPS for my business but due to their change of hours, I have been going to Fedex down the street. There is two people working upfront. A lady and a man. That lady is just miserable at all times. Forget a smile or a hello but she makes you feel like you shouldn't be there. Everything is a big hassle for her. Wanted me to go print a shipping label somewhere since It was too much to scan the Return Code and she was having issues with that. Now mind you, I am not local. So I am trying to reason with her but she is just a miserable human being. I mean I would understand if she is having a bad day since we all do but it seems to be the norm with her. Customer service is just that, customer service! I hope a Supervisor reads this and switches her with someone else from the back that is less miserable and actually wants to help people!

Good customer service assistance, something that I don't like 😞 is: now you need to give your license, so they can scanned and then they make their work. And if you don't send anything they already have your information in the system. 😡

File a Complaint to track your package. Always request a signature for Delivery. Other thing would be to use another source to deliver your packages. Think about what you mailed off, if it's something of value, it may have caught someone's attention & they kept it. This is the reason I hate to say what's in the package I am mailing. People are stealing.

I'd use the post office for a letter. If you want to mail a package FedEx ships there.

Call the number and ask to speak to the manager in charge or head supervisor or store manager.

I would use UPS. They are much better.
Check the fed ex website, and enter info on shipping to calculate what your sending.
