I had an excellent experience at the Sit n Sleep West Hollywood location. Rod Buycks, a fantastic guy, really helped us out in choosing the right bed. We went in already knowing what kind of bed we wanted but he was patient while pointing out things that we should take into consideration that we didn't think about. We actually had a good time in what was essentially a rather long process. I would definitely buy from him again. Thanks!

Terrible customer service by the supervisor Charles. Not only was he unprofessional, but he spoke to my wife in a very demeaning manner and cut her off multiple times. We aren’t slobs, treat us like normal human beings. We both happen to be law professionals and we don’t appreciate being talked down to. Not impressed by this company whatsoever. They delivered the wrong mattress to us three times in the matter of one week. Be more apologetic man, we weren’t trying to be difficult. We have three kids and have been sleeping on blow up mattresses and sofas for over a week now. The quality of the mattresses are great, but I feel very unappreciated by Sit n Sleep. :(

Came into the store today confused not knowing what mattress was right for me. I highly recommend Rod. He had so much knowledge to share with me on all the different kinds of mattresses in the store. He was incredibly respectful of my price point, never pressuring me in any direction I wasn’t comfortable with. He was around when I needed him but also gave me the space to do my thing without hovering over me which was nice. Not only was he able to help me find the perfect mattress but he was incredibly kind and for me, that was the most memorable part of my mattress shopping experience. Kindness always.

Mattresses come in five standard sizes. These are twin (39"x75"), twin XL (38” X 80”), full (54"x75"), queen (60"x80"), Eastern King (76"x80") and California King (72"x84"). NOTE: exact mattress sizes vary by manufacturer and by model. The dimensions given are only approximations.
The box spring acts as the foundation of the bed. It provides support for the mattress by acting as a shock absorber. These two pieces were designed to compliment each other when working together as a set. Although there are several types of platform beds that do not use a box spring, pairing your new mattress with an old box spring is not recommended.
You will need special sheets if you are purchasing a very thick mattress with a thick pillow top. Sit’n Sleep offers a selection of high profile or deep pocket sheets that fit very well on these thicker mattresses. When selecting sheets, it is also important to keep in mind that your sheets are part of your sleep environment, therefore comfort, thickness and softness should be considered when making your sheet selection.
Your new mattress should be rotated every week for the first few months and each month thereafter. This pattern will allow you to get the most even wear and extend the life of your mattress.

When I went a few weeks ago, they check temperatures and if you want to test any of the beds or pillows they give you your own sheet to take around with you to lay on top of.
