Worst experience I've ever had. Tried to cancel my gym membership last year, but the Owner Jamie suggested I "freeze my account" instead. I was hesitant, but she ASSURED me I would never be charged. After the year was up, she started charging my old credit card for $255 over the timeline of 6 months.... WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME!!! After calling numerous times; I spoke to her in person, and she refused to give me a refund! Poor business practice. I would highly recommend going to an alternative gym over this one.

We offer Turbo Kick classes which is similar to kick boxing and we have a heavy bag setup along with an area with speed bags.
Around 20 a month but they often have special deals for yearly memberships so you may find a deal like I did. I will say the gym is worth the money.
