Unprofessional front desk. My husband went in as workers comp. At first they checked him in and then They took him out of the room after getting his eyes dilated And they tried to have him pay self pay bc they didn’t have what they needed. Which should’ve been figured out with the nurse case manager before they made the appointment. Instead of having us drive an hour. Turns out everything was in the chart.
