It is very difficult to explain all the thankfulness and gratitude for meeting Alex Alavi. It is exceedingly rare to find such a honest and trustworthy person/company that goes out of their way above all others to take care of you not only as a customer but treats you with tremendous respect in making sure it all works. To walk into a store and be treated as family is quite rare and is something. I will never forget. Clearly, Alex expertise and professionalism goes without compare. His honesty and integrity in my emergency situation is beyond words. Side Note: Don't forget to ask coffee! He blends various mixtures and is quite good.

If you have an issue with any kind of motor, I would highly recommend Myles' Electric Motors & Pumps. They take great pride in their work and you will not be disappointed with the thoroughness and care they take to diagnose the problem, and will work hard to help you find a cost effective solution. From the moment I walked through the door I was warmly greeted and brought straight back to the workshop with my pool pump. We took apart the pump piece by piece to assess, and the process was explained to me all along the way. After disassembling the pump and checking the motor, I was told that the parts causing trouble could be replaced, but that it would probably end up costing as much to just replace the motor. To my shock, replacing the motor was incredibly reasonable and a fraction of the price to replace the whole pump. When I got home and tried to install the new motor, I was having a very difficult time getting the grounding screw to loosen, and out of complete frustration I called the shop to see if I could get some help. They suggested a nut driver and that if I didn't have one, they would stay open past closing and I could come back to shop to borrow one, as they wanted to make sure I got the help that I needed. I was able to finish the install and when I called the shop to let them know, they were very happy to hear the new pump was all set and running well. To have someone go so far out of their way to help a complete stranger and show such kindness is unheard of these days, and very much appreciated.

ALEX DID A FANTACTIC JOB REPLACING MY FAN MOTOR ON MY A/C...EVEN WHEN I HAD AN ISSUE HOOKING IT BACK UP. HE TOLD ME WHAT DO DO TO CORRECT THE PROBLEN ON THEPHONE...ALEX HAS SUPERB KNOWLEDGE ON MOTORS...HIGHLY RECOMEND...

We practice 6ft distancing. We have hand sanitizer available for customers. We wipe all areas that customers are around every hour. We require all customers to wear a mask before entry. We have also limited the number of customers allowed in our showroom at one time.
