Pretty bad experience so far . We ordered our wood floors over a year ago and finally the floor installation began last week. After installing half the floors the company notified us that they can’t continue the project because stair nose pieces didn’t come in ! They had over a year to order materials and now they are telling us they don’t have the parts to complete the project?! We are building a house and every delay in the process will cause more unnecessary delay like installing baseboards ,painting etc. We spoke with the manager today and she was absolutely unhelpful and not caring towards our situation/ circumstances. And , yes , when we asked if the company could cover completed floors with paper to protect it from possible damage ( new construction) , she didn’t even bother responding. And that’s after we dropped over 30 k in this place . Anyone who is looking for a place to buy floors , stay away from this store and if you decide to do business with them anyway,do yourself a favor and don’t pay in full until the job completed to your satisfaction.

Walked in to find new vinyl planks throughout my place. Parris was very helpful in picking out my new floors! He explained every step with setting up the contractor and booking the dates to start installing. In 3 days my installer finished the whole place, very efficient, & experienced. Highly recommended!

I love this place! Sandy is the best! If you're looking for a fair price, great service, and professional installation you need to check them out. We are 100% satisfied with our whole house tiled floor. Now moving on to master bath. Exceptional service!
