Branch and ATM are on Kansas St next to Starbucks & branch has external ATM for after hours access. The building the bank is in has a Rhode Island address so finding it can be tricky! I love that this branch is in a convenient location for whole foods etc shopping!

I've been banking at another Citibank branch for fifteen years, and I have now moved to this branch. This is the best of their branches. In reading some of these negative reviews, it sounds like some people need a lot of handholding. If these people feel this way about this branch/bank, maybe they should try a bank that likes to open banks without asking (Wells) or other banks that are completely shady

Had my deposit eaten by the ATM. Guy who took care of me was unsympathetic in my panic and seemed slightly annoyed that I was inconvenienced. Maybe a course in Customer Service 101 or maybe empathy should be taught?
