Great experience here. Nowhere with actual inventory could beat their prices. Scratch and dent is nice to be able to peruse at the Winter Haven location. Carlos and Napoleon were not pushy, but informative and supportive salesmen. Chris the manager helped us through a troubleshooting issue and a self-installation problem that he was very kind about. Delivery crews were awesome and extremely helpful. Overall, I highly recommend these folks for appliance needs.

Spoke with Jessica B. When my washer died. She understood my predicament and my health concerns and was extremely responsive. She got everything set up for delivery the next day without my having to go into the store. The delivery service arrived on time but was unwilling to make any effort to connect the new hoses.(which we had to get family help with later that day) I called the store and the very rude manager told me the pictures showed corrosion and they could not touch it. He said to refuse the order and send it back. ) I chose to handle it so that I would have my washer. As you can see there was no corrosion. Just lazy delivery people and incompetent manager. The only reason I gave one star was Jessica B. who unfortunately was off the day it was delivered.

I work with Shawn Jolly and he takes great care of all of my needs. I send him an email about a repair and normally within an hour he has responded and put the repair on the schedule. All of my deliveries come on time and I have great communication with the drivers when they are almost to my homes. I highly recommend Famous Tate

I have compared the prices he gets me and they are either the best or right at what I could get from another provider. The delivery and removal options are always a great value added services to help me as well. Thank you for keeping such high standards in customer service!
