Great place to go for drug test, DOT physicals. Staff knows what they are doing. Every employee is a professional. Best thing about the employees they all have a since of humor. I would recommend Concentra Urgent Care to anyone.

I actually enjoyed visiting this place. The atmosphere was so awesome. Professionals at their best. It was a welcomed change compared to others in this field. Staff was friendly and i didn't have to wait long at all. That's a big help. I'm probably going to treat the office to lunch one of these days. That's how great my experience was.

First off let me say the staff was wonderful. All the ladies at the front did a phenomenal job. They made it a point to make everyone aware of the potential wait times. Not the issue I had was the wait times. No way giving a urine sample should take 2.5 hours especially since once I was called back I was in and out in 5min. Whatever the process is….it is t very efficient.

Doctor Benjamin was great and I was provided great service and communication. Staff really sucks. Attitude from front desk to nursing staff. I understand that it is busy and they deal with many people but I could clearly see that they don’t like what they do. Just do what you like instead of showing horrible attitudes to your customers. They have to remember that they are there because of us, customers. I felt like in one of the DMV locations.
