If I could give them ZERO STARS I WOULD!! This review is for ALL LANDLORDS!! ****DO NOT, I REPEAT**** DO NOT WORK THIS ORGANIZATION!!! ****They are beyond AWFUL and WILL Screw you over! They do nothing to penalize or pull back vouchers from destructive, dangerous clients and they WILL leave you to deal with the damages ($7,000+) and messes created while NOT paying you for their client that is still refusing to leave-- I now have to go through another eviction process for this individual. They never answer their phones when you need help or assistance, and if you are lucky to get them on the phone they become extremely combative and argumentative then ultimately HANG UP ON YOU! Pitiful Organization, ZERO Professionalism and definitely not defenders of the good guys.

How much and phone number please .
Age isn't an issue just stay sober and be a good client/tenanr
How do I sigin up
The two programs don't necessarily go together. Getting into Section 8 means that you're on a PHA waiting list, your name has reached the top of that list, you've been determined eligible and issued a voucher. That whole process takes years depending on which Section 8 program you're talking about. Most PHAs keep their Section 8 waiting lists closed and only open them up when they need to add new applicants to their waiting lists. Hope this helps!
V LEBLANC - Initial inspections as part of programs we support are typically conducted within 24-48 hours. Annual inspections require notice and are therefore conducted within 2 weeks to 30 days.
Call information Ask for: (Community Bridges Inc at the LDRC) ask for Sebrina, she can help you with low income Housing Rev Michael Johnston
Yes
Some times it depends on the Apartment if Utilities are included
To get them or accept the landlord has to accept them to get them try to go to CBI
At your case manager office or if you don't have those issues then you will go to hom inc. And apply there at there office you have to make appointment to go there okay good luck
There are housing options out there. You can apply for Hom Inc. Or City of Phoenix section 8 but the waiting lists are very long. As a female I would go to Hally house instead they have a great program and can set you up with housing after you complete the 4 month program!
Hi, Justine. We don’t have a rent-to-own or homeownership program. Thanks.
I would mind my own business and not judge others. You haven't lived my life I haven't lived yours! Why make others fail or have a hard time achieving?! If your intentions are from Love and concern then be positive and don't stand in the way. If your intentions are of ill will and envious cruelty I feel sorry for you and your soul and you may some day find inner peace!
You will have to go through one of the coordinated access points so what you need to do is call Umom and get into UMom and they'll give you a case manager but you have to call the family housing hub let them know you need emergency shelter
While we appreciate your interest in HOM, Inc., please note, HOM is a referral agency only. HOM housing assistance and eviction prevention programs serve participants referred directly by our contracted partner agencies through local homeless coordinated entry systems. For more information about assistance and resources, contact your case manager and/or clinic team.
Ask for the person who works with you ask for their supervisor that's how it always works
Honestly I would hope so
I have some but would like more if possible.
If you're working with a case manager they should be able to help you :]

HI, Steph. Counselors and case managers aren't able to refer directly to our programs. There is a prioritization and waiting list process. Please see this page on our site for more information about access to the programs: https://www.hominc.com/need-housing-assistance/
You have to stay in Arizona since you applied here in Arizona I'm sorry hun. Wishing you nothing but the best in life. They are a great program to have. I just moved into my new 5bedroom house with my kids through Hom Inc 💙
We do not take applications directly. All programs are referral based. Check here for a full explanation on the process to access the programs: https://www.hominc.com/need-housing-assistance/

Maybe 17-19 hour. I'm guessing
Any mental health provider can refer you but they have so many people that need help it doesn't happen overnight
I've been on the waiting list for 2 years
Its always better to inquire in person so you get accurate information
Hi, Leasa. We just have one office at 5326 East Washington Street in Phoenix.
Hi Marjorie, I believe they don't look at the criminal records. I have a felony and I receive housing as well. I've been with Hom for 8 years now. Working on being financially stable with 3 children. I have PTSD. You should submit an application.
You must be an active participate with a recovery clinic to get HOM INC services
Hi, Leslie. Padmission is a closed system, only available to our housing program participants and their case managers. We do not accept applications for assistance at HOM, Inc., as all of the housing programs we operate are referral-based. For more information about that process, please visit: https://www.hominc.com/need-housing-assistance/ Thank you!
Each city has it's own section 8 office.
There are some resources, including the number for the Family Housing Hub for families with children, at this link: https://umom.org/find-help/. There is a waiting list for emergency shelter. If this program meets your needs, you may also check this one: https://communitybridgesaz.org/programs/womens-and-childrens/center-for-hope-residential/
