This dump is located in Winslow...it used to be East Side tire, on 3rd street. The city was notified, so was Navajo County. Nothing has been done as yet.

I had my AFV vehicle inspected here, it was a free and simple process and now I am ready to help make our skies cleaner, pay reduced reg fees and drive in the carpool lane. The parking garage is amazing and should be a model to valley AFV automotive manufacturers on how charging, bike parking and alternative forms of transportation should be handled at the workplace.

I have a 1 acre property with a dozen horses. Rain water has flooded the stables. Am I aloud to drain that water from the stables to a city of Gilbert or city of Mesa catch basin on a major road?

Great question, as a homeowner your more likely to be regulated by the city you reside in and Maricopa County. I would check with them first before discharging anything into a public drain.
