My claim started in 2018 for an injury due to a vehicle accident. Pretty cut and dry, however, 5 years later and I don’t know how many changes in attorneys and case managers later (without me knowing) the case was finally settled for 6k..not the amount I thought would be offered for a neck/back injury, but hey it’s something I guess. The lack of communication and the time to close my case was definitely unacceptable especially considering the pretty general factors surrounding it. Murder trials have been settled with less evidence in less than a year. Not sure if i’d use this firm again, if I do, i’ll make sure I prepare to wait another few years for something to happen.

Yes, we will work with you to accommodate your financial situation in order to make representation affordable. In most situations, a down payment is made to retain the attorney and ensure availability at the next court hearing. From there, a payment plan can be set up with affordable payments. You don't understand how the system is set up. Coverages have limits, insurance companies want to minimize their loss, attorneys are arbitrators to get the max. Litigation is rare. It's never about "winning" it's about negotiating a settlement and avoiding costly, useless litigation.
