Attorney Ryan Shiver has be of service to myself and my family for over 10 years. The firm is extremely professional, caring and efficient. If your looking for a firm that will get the job done and have your best interest at heart this is the firm to choose.

I would highly recommend The Skiver Law Firm. Ryan Skiver's professionalism and outstanding results were great. He and his staff were there for me every step of the way during this stressful time in my life. They were even there for me when I just needed to vent. When it was time for court, he explained the process which decrease my anxiety. Ryan took my case all the way to the Supreme Court in Arizona and we won. He is an awesome trial lawyer and watching him in action is amazing. He handled everything!

Unprofessional, dismissive, and clearly only concerned about the 33% of the paltry settlement. They didn’t do any digging on the finances and assets of the people dodging responsibility - on my own I discovered the race horses they owned and multiple six figure incomes in the household and obvious hiding of assets. I never met Mr. Skiver or his staff - they did not bother visiting the crash site, let alone have me sign any paperwork in person. They never went after the insurance companies outrageous behavior attempting to skirt their responsibilities. It all just seemed very half hearted. Consultations with other attorneys in the aftermath confirmed my suspicions. Definitely not recommended.

The simple truth is, it is what happens to us when doctors and nurses don’t follow the safety rules. What are safety rules? We’ve all grown up with safety rules, we know what they are: don’t play with fire, don’t run out into traffic. Professionals also have their own set of safety rules and those safety rules are designed to protect the community and each one of us from injury and death. Doctors and nurses must follow safety rules.
Complications or bad outcomes in and of themselves don’t mean that there has been malpractice. However, they are often the first sign there may indeed be evidence of a violation of a safety rule. So it’s important to do, is you look through the records. Consult with experts. Make a determination what actually occurred and by doing that we can determine whether or not safety rules were violated.
The best time is right from the start so all the evidence can be collected before it disappears. Also to make sure you are not giving statements to the other side that could end up hurting your case. So the sooner you can get a lawyer involved in your case the better.
The first thing you need to do is make sure that you are ok and everyone else in your car is ok. The next thing you need to do is to call 911 to make sure that the police and other emergency personal respond to the scene. After you’ve done that and if it’s safe for you to do so you should get out of your vehicle and take pictures of the crash scene so that you have them for the future. Next thing you want to do is locate any witnesses that may have been around and seen what occurred, get their contact information so we can get ahold of them in the future. Finally, after you speak to the police and tell them what happened in the crash you need to find a personal injury attorney and that’s when we can come into the picture and help you.
The value of a case is determined by what caused the damage in the first place and the impact it has had on you and your family. Also taken into consideration are things like lost wages, your medical bills and property damage, as well as your pain and suffering and loss of enjoyment of life.
