Positive: Reception was amazing. Arrived at 3:15am, and receptionist was sure to streamline things to get us into to our room as soon as possible, respecting our late arrival and how tired we were. Hot breakfast was great...self serve. Nice, clean room and bath. Negative: Tub drain was mostly clogged, so had to shower in standing water. In a hurry so I did not get a chance to notify the hotel manager. The drain was a minor detail in an otherwise spotless room and bath.

I believe her name is Emma, at the front desk, gave such exceptional customer service. She was kind,professional and clearly knows exactly how to do her job. Before we had even reached our room I knew we had made a good choice staying. Our room is clean and had a nice view. The overflow parking was helpful and convenient. This was a quick stay for us on the way home but I was so impressed with thr front desk service I wanted to make sure to say something

Positive: Loved the bathroom. Very clean and amenities were very nice. Loved that I could open a window for the night. Breakfast was out standing. Negative: Neighborhood could have been better. Saw many homeless people within a few blocks of hotel.

Positive: The desk clerk was super friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean. Microwave and refrigerator in room. Great breakfast. Negative: Mobility problems: little room to maneuver; bench had to be moved; bed TOO HIGH for easy transfer; floor not level; door to cabinet that held the microwave/refrigerator opened opposite way to frig. making it near impossible for me to use the frig.
