We had called ahead of time to ensure the pool was in working order, the receptionist stated it was and so we booked our hotel room for two nights. After arriving we see that the Waterside and the kitty pool were both non-functioning. We were reprimanded for having an 11 year old in the hot tub when the sign states 10 and over. We also had issues with plumbing, non functional hair dryer and cleanliness in our room. The customer service was actually pretty good as well as the breakfast and the beds are comfortable however we would not book again at this facility.

This is by far is the most filthy motel I have ever stayed at. The staff are very unprofessional and dress very unprofessional.. look very sloppy working the front desk. It took over 30 minutes for us to check into our motel. They had everybody’s rooms mixed up and they over booked a room so you would be checked into your room and another family would come to your room because they checked it out to them as well… Jessica who worked at the front desk was very rude and very unprofessional to everybody that came through. There was ketchup or barbecue sauce spilled on walls in rooms that have never been cleaned up, toilets did not work in all the rooms. Not all the doors locked. My bed was full of candy wrappers from a previous quest. The kids got chemical burns from the pool. They locked the doors at 11pm so if you left your motel you could not get back in unless you called somebody in your group to come let you in. I would definitely not recommend this motel to anybody. So unprofessional & management is horrible.

Currently doing much needed renovations. Door B had extremely strong smoke smell. Staff was very friendly. The pool area was really bad chlorine wise parents could hardly sit in there and kids were coughing while our short swim. They had to shut the pool down for 15 minutes for a need to know reason… we didn’t need to know. Hot tub not working. Room itself was good wish bathroom had more counter space.

There was some kind of dust along the edges of walls in the floor of the bathroom., Also as you entered the bathroom on the carpet as if noone has vacuumed for who knows how long . The hallways are cold, and the pool area was super cold for an indoor pool. I noticed that the bottom felt gritty and full of sand. No e if the water toys in the kiddie area worked. So walking out of the pool back to your room was a long cold walk. My grandson couldn't swim long because he was shivering so much to even try to enjoy. The room did look presentable as you walked in. I plugged in my phone and the outlet was hanging loose from the walls and garbage was under the table. The breakfast area was nice and quiet, and wasnt too bad if a spread. I would not stay here again ...I will pay the extra money to go elsewhere. The price we paid, we should've still gotten a quality room. I don't feel like this was a quality motel. It didn't look old in the pictures. Pictures are deceiving.
