Very nice hotel, very clean, I really appreciate Grant for getting me checked in and helping me with the accommodations. He also recommended a great place for Pizza. Thank you very much. The rooms are clean, they have nice bathrooms, the AC worked great and it was very hot outside. I had everything in the room I needed, including a refrigerator and TV small couch and desk to work on. I’m a travel RN on assignment at a local hospital. Thus far, my stay has been excellent! Jim, the shuttle driver, is very helpful; he’s picked me up at night at the end of my shifts and is a careful driver. Of course, the other shuttle drivers are exceptional! Being able to get rides to/from work is greatly appreciated. Overall, I’m feeling pampered at this hotel. I’m not homesick, which says a lot! At the end of May when my assignment ends, I’m probably not going to want to leave!! 😊

Dee and Jim were the absolute BEST 👍 I stay at a lot hotels like 200 a year and I have to say that I haven't felt the good feeling of hospitality where you feel like you belong there. Jim was the shuttle driver and was very knowledgeable and took me to a great resturaunt Sickies. Dee checked me in and was such a sweetheart and my whole experience was top notch. I would purposely go through soiux falls again just to stay at this hotel. The breakfast was great and there was plenty of parking when I was there. They had an atrium and a waterfall and the whole hotel was just beautiful. The room was spacious and clean and I really enjoyed every aspect of my stay. Thank you Sheraton...

Beautiful lobby. Great rooms. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Water pressure was poor. Beds are amazing and so comfortable! Management got us a room even when we had been told none were available. Thank you!
