One star only because there isn't a 0. I tried like hell to like this place because it's cheap and I have a tub. I've been here close to a year and can't get them to fix the magnetic key locks. The emergency extension gets you nothing but another voicemail. That's when the mailbox isn't full. I was charged a late fee when my rent was on time. They said they would check into it. A month later and still no response. The app charges you extra money. They require you to use it. Sewage smell from my bathroom. Wall leaks water when it rains. I'm spending the night in my car for the second time this month. No rent reimbursement. I think I stay in the worst monthly in Sioux Falls.

It's not clean. Bedbugs. Floors were old and had a hole in it. Cheap and inexpensive and not all rooms are terrible. Hallways are kind of disgusting. But as long as you aren't allergic to bedbugs. I am so won't be staying. Sort of some partying people staying which was kind of fun.

There is major remodeling going on. New ownership, new staff and new looks are many of the reasons I loved my stay here. The staff was so friendly and helped me meet my housing needs as I needed a more long term solution by offering me great rate for there rooms weekly which quickly I decided to go monthly as I could just not beat the price and what it included. There are excellent new changes happening yet staying with the same great prices. Highly recommend if you need a night, week or longer getaway and havent stayed here yet or its been a while, take that stay here and see how right I am.

The only nice thing I can say about this hotel was it provided a place to rest your head for a night of sleep. I was over-charged for the room and when I called for a refund, they ignored my messages and never did resolve the issue. The non-smoking room I stayed in reeked of cigarette smoke. The bathtub did not drain and I was standing in two feet of water after a 10-minute shower! The price reflects the room, so stay away unless you can overlook these issues during your stay.
