Front desk, staff, check in was all great. Area around hotel seemed a little unsafe, but not too bad. Breakfast was pretty bare bones, but overall the value for my stay was pretty good considering the price.

BED BUGS!!!!!!!!!! I read the reviews when my mother in law said she booked us a room there. When we arrived I saw that there was change all around the night stand like it hadn’t been vacuumed. We found a vodka bottle under the mattress and woke up COVERED in bites. I did end up finding one little bug but with all our bites there had to have been thousands. My baby had bites so bad both his ankles swelled up. Will never be staying here ever again as this isn’t the only review of bed bugs! If there was an option to give no stars I would!

Ok. The staff was nice and helpful. The pool was clean and available. The beds were decent. Breakfast was eh, and the coffee cups need an upgrade. The threadbare sitting chair in the room needs to go to the dumpster! Tape on the tub overflow screams Maintenance and the smell of weed was overwhelming stepping off the elevator on the main floor.

Lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful! Best customer service I’ve had in a while. The room was like a typical hotel room but for half the price of all the others around! Though it’s located right off of 41st it wasn’t to loud which was great.
