I worry about the employees there. There are genuinely kind people working there and I've had surprisingly nice conversations unrelating to their jobs. That said, the pharmacy is in disarray. I have called ahead every time I've gone to pickup my prescription. Today, I was asked to wait dispite giving a 5 hour heads up, and getting a voicemail saying my prescription was ready for pickup. The employee who refilled my medication was kind, but she seemed overworked and overwhelmed. I waited roughly ~20 minutes after being in line for 40, but this has happened 6-8 times in a row it happened before I started counting. Management was pretty nice, but ignored everything I said and transferred me back out after saying the voicemail issue was being looked at. It's been a problem for years now though. I was transferred back out for someone to take my complaint there, but the person who picked up the phone was very very agitated and angry with me. I never blamed or was upset with anyone there as I firmly believe it's a management issue and eventually the employee apologized with me after I told her I didn't blame her specifically and sympathize with them. They really need a pay bump and to hire more employees given how rough it is and can't recommend using this pharmacy. I'd recommend people use a different one because this one seems too overworked. Edit: man are some of the employees rude too. I was just hung up on trying to make sure my meds were ready for pickup.

Went there for my booster vaccination yesterday and the lady at pharmacy, who administer the vaccine, was not gentle. She didn't seem to care and felt like she was rushing to just get it over with. It was painful and the injection site bled a lot, is that normal? The area is now bruised and swollen. I've never experienced anything like this in the past. Probably my first and last time ever going there.

I was there maybe 2 days ago and there's a lady behind the counter cashiers name was Aracely Martinez, she was the most helpful, most kindest, friendliest, an ABSOLUTE delightful young lady. I swore I would never, ever, ever, ever, go back to that Walgreens again because of the other nights MOST disrespectful treatment I had just received, with that being said, GOD BLESS you very helpful, and very friendly young lady. God bless you Miss Martinez and your beautiful family!!! And thank you Walgreens for hiring such a asset.

gone here a lot because I live so darn close. unfortunately the pharmacy is full of some of the worst people I've ever met. rude slow and lacking any compassion for any of their customers. just an awful experience. wouldn't recommend unless it's as stupidly convenient for you as it is for me.
