Well I must say, after contacting Cummins via the toll free number so they could point me the right way to become a certified service shop-they provided me with the phone number of the White bear center where today I placed the call to only get the phone menu that has no option for the operator. So in the frustration I pressed 1 with the hope that who may take the call be able to get me to the right person. This was totally useless as the person who responded had nothing to do with that location but she is at the corporate office! So now you tell me, what good is it to give out a local phone number if it doesn't take you to that one location ?!?! Either way she said she would contact them and they would call me instead, well I am not holding my breath.... I can't believe or understand why such a big company like Cummins who has a reputation to maintain would play games like these. It is a lack of respect! I am a professional and I have a shop with no time to play games.
