Was thinking about what has kept me coming to White Bear Mitsubishi… One thing I love is Richard Herrod lll (the owner) isn’t one of those owners sitting back and running the business behind the scenes….he is actually usually right on the showroom floor in a booth during business hours…..he’s always a message or phone call away……..he literally dives in and makes himself readily available to the customers….in the midst of making the commercials, meetings and his personal life……He’s done alot to help my family when it comes to our transportation. I also love that service has been able to get my vehicle in right away any time I have called with an issue…… The dealership really feels like family to me……..over the years my family has grew and many of the employees have watched my children grow….. Marcia at the cashiers desk is the sweetest lady…..I often think of her as the grandma of the dealership….when I come in she always talks and plays with my youngest daughter (baby)….I also watched her walk out to the lobby with stickers for kids and never gives them without asking the parents for permission….. Neil our sales guy is pretty awesome as well….if we stop in and he sees us….he always is sure to say hi and check in on us…

I sold my 2018 Outlander PHEV and was looking for a new Outlander. White Bear Mitsubishi had the largest selection in the ND/MN area, so I called to get pricing on an Outlander in their inventory that caught my eye. They provided clear pricing over the phone, so we set an appointment for the following day. The next day, we drove from Fargo. Our salesperson, Nancy, was amazing. The entire process was concise and straight forward. Remington (the finance manager) wasn’t pushy and provided all of my options. We were in and out in a little over an hour. Driving a couple hundred miles was worth it - we got the exact vehicle we wanted.

I would say come in or give us a call
Nancy, You need to go to a Chevrolet dealership to get a spare ignition key. We are no longer part of the General Motors Group of dealerships. I hope that this helps.
