Visited my Daughter’s home upon request to provide an estimate for extensive landscape design, new plantings and tree trimming. Arrived on time, seemed knowledgeable and promised to provide an estimate within 2 days. Now, 12 days later we have still not heard from them nor had any communication. It doesn’t matter now, this non-responsiveness is unprofessional and we have moved on.

After meeting us at the home/location, we went over a fairly large scope of work involving landscape design, total planting replacement, tree trimming and other needs. The owner promised an estimate within 2 days. Almost 2 weeks later, she has never responded back to us. We wasted our time and it is obvious that the owner and company either blew us off with no communication or what we asked for was well above their ability to do. Whatever the issue was, we are disappointed in the unprofessional non-response.
