Generally we have good service here. This last time was a little more challenging as when we made the appointment we asked for a loaner but were told we might not need one. Took our car in on a Friday, then were told they needed to do more diagnostics. Took car back in on Tuesday were told they needed to order a part. Still no loaner. Heard nothing all day Wednesday and into Thursday. On Friday finally got a loaner for day as something was still not working right. We learned that the tech we started with left the company on Wednesday and they were scrambling to get crew together. I completely understand, but a little more communication would have gone a long way.

The service department was helpful and Bradley was great! He did a 5 star job! He was responsive and got me in a loaner which was a huge blessing. My repair looked minor but was major and nothing anyone expected. FYI, the answering service technology needs updating (the ability to call you back would be nice). Also, make sure to get the direct phone number to the service department, that will save you time when checking on your car.
