Seriously the way to go about buying used cars. All of these people are not on commission so they are genuinely interested in what you are looking at and not just selling you all the bells and whistles to make a larger cut in the transaction. That is KEY! The entire staff is friendly and helpful. I worked with Elvis, who is hands down the easiest recommendation I can make on who you should go talk to. He is great! Joshua and Cade also helped me out with some of the technical pieces of the process which just let me know I was in good hands throughout my entire trip. I spent a long time there testing different cars and considering many options, and I never felt pressured, uncomfortable, or that I was getting ripped off. Great facilities as well! Seriously, I may only look at Walser to buy my next cars. Couldn't recommend them enough, especially my man Elvis! I only went yesterday, but I have had no issues with my car so far and they even filled up the tank before giving it to me...something the people I got my last car from did not do!

The entire experience from start to finish was pleasant. We worked with Derek and he went above and beyond to help me find a vehicle I loved, without being pushy. Derek and Josh worked to get me financing that worked with my budget. I will definitely come back for all future vehicle purchases.

Had my car in a couple of months ago to have front axle replaced. My car threw 3 check engine warnings at the same time shortly afterwards. I was told it was due to 2 separate issues one being that a ring on the front left was missing which could have been from the axle job so I need a new rotor. I was told to contact the shop that did the axle job for a refund. I let them know it was done there at polar chev and was then told that the ring likely broke off because it was worn even though at the axle appointment I was told everything looked great, therefore, I felt I should not have to cover the cost of the rotor. I was not even offered some money off as this could have been caused by the axle job as he previously told me it could have been until he was told it was done there. I was already planning on trading in my car for a new car there, but now I am looking elsewhere. I will not return.
