We went to the 1st showing on a Saturday and things had not been cleaned from the night before- the women's bathroom smelled horribly of urine, I had to go to 5 different soap dispensers before I was able to find one that actually had some soap in it, when I went to get some paper towels to dry my hands- the dispenser fell off the wall, and most of the toilets had not been flushed. A lot of the candy had not been restocked. They had the lights and screen completely off in the theater and everyone had to use their cell phone flashlights to find their seats. This place has gone TERRIBLY downhill.

The place has really gone down hill these past several years. Dirty floors everywhere. You fixed your own sodas and put butter on your popcorn. The movie quality wasn't good enough to spend money there. My water was almost $5!!!! The bathrooms were clean, that's the only reason they get 2 stars. I won't be back. I'd rather watch a movie at home on my big screen TV.

We have viewed many movies at this theater over the last 5 months. The bathrooms have been nasty, smelly with toilet paper all over the place and locked stalls with no one in them and on two occasions, no toilet paper to be found in the stalls with a line of ppl outside the door waiting to use the restroom. The front area was filthy with popcorn spilled all over the floor by the registers and the drink counter and the butter machine. This has happened on numerous occasions. The last movie experience we had was last Sunday night. They had ppl sweeping the theater, the bathrooms were cleaner but still have a nasty smell. The front counter and drink area were much cleaner than in the past. We hope they keep improving on cleanliness because it has been sorely lacking.

I went to see Spider-Man last week and the movie concessions cashier said the theater will no longer sell the refillable plastic buckets for popcorn. Very disappointing as I enjoy their popcorn but not at the regular price they charge. The in theater electronic signs above each movie door location have not worked for months. Finding the correct theater room is sometimes a challenge. Especially when the theater staff does not know the correct location. With the unknown future of movie theaters, the above deficiencies will not help. On the plus side the theater staff are generally friendly and accommodating. The 4 matinee movies I’ve seen the last few months have only had 1 - 8 people.
