Our car got a flat tire in the middle of nowhere and had to get a tow to the nearest Tesla Service Center. Thankfully this hotel was only a 15 min walk away from where our tow dropped our us and our car. The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, the shower was amazing, and the breakfast was great. It made what could have been a terrible night not so stressful after all.

i would like to see the exercise room in better shape. there wasn't much to choose from, it seems that other hotels are better equipped and have a little more to offer. The food was pretty good, and the cinnamon rolls were good like always. has the chain gotten away from the cookies that they offer when you check in? Some days they would have warm cookies upon arrival for their tenants staying.

Staff was accommodating with my late checkout request and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok but not great. Room was a little musty but livable. Wifi was fast and I had no problem with my Zoom meeting.

Good hotel, I'm not too picky. Just need somewhere to sleep while I enjoy the city. I HIGHLY suggest asking about the "audit" process if you're arriving somewhat in the middle of the night or they will charge a fee for a no call no show. Make sure you inform them when you'll be checking in and figure out the process you should go through to check in. They'll accommodate for sure. The gentlemen was straight to the point with explaining that at the desk, was able to reverse it being he was the person we spoke with to get the room, and we checked in in under 10min. 👍
