We stay as locals for a little getaway from home, and absolutely love it. It’s well-designed, beautiful, clean, and well-priced. Great views. Parking is easy. Quick access to downtown Nashville. Staff is awesome. It has everything we need for business, a couples’ stay, or bringing the kids. Breakfast is pricey, but very convenient.

Just everything about this stay was great. It was clean, the room was amazing and comfy and the pool was fun! The inside was really nice with indoor Fountains, and a nice eating area too. Definitely worth it.

The waiter at breakfast took my credit card and never brought it back. When I waved him down and asked him about it, he said "what card?" He lost my card that quick and the hotel refused to search for it. I reported it immediately to the front desk when I discovered the waiter wasn't going to try and find it. The front desk said they would report it to their manger and let me know. I checked back later and all I got was, "no one has turned it in yet". If I was the hotel staff and I lost a customers card, I would be flipping tables and chairs and looking everywhere non stop until I found it for them. I wouldn't have thrown my hands up and acted like I didn't lose it and not look for it. Absolutely the worst stay I have ever had and they still have not figured out what they did with my credit card which is tied to a lot of things and I'm probably gonna have to cancel it now and go through everything to figure out what bills are going to decline because of it. If you stay here, pay in cash. Do not give them your credit/debit card!

My stay was excellent for several reasons: +Rosemary, Michelle K, Trinity, and Front Desk staff truly embody hospitality. They are so friendly and welcoming! +Bartender Michelle's margaritas are the best as is her service. +Our room was very clean and comfortable. +The Executive Lounge was spotless and overflowing with food and beverages. +Every area of the property that I saw was clean and tidy.
