This is a great hotel. We have stayed here multiple times and always try to stay here when we stop in the Nashville-area. The rooms and hotel lobby/breakfast area are very clean. The staff are very friendly (front desk & breakfast staff). The breakfast is very good value. The self-parking is free, which is always a plus. The price of the hotel & food is very good value.

Positive: The hotel was very nice. Staff was very nice and helpful. Walking distance to some nice places to eat. 15 minute Uber to Broadway. Rooms were very clean, nice size, Comfy beds.

Sadly this hotel is no longer being maintained cleanly. We stayed in April and our room had stains on the wall and also we had dirty linens on our bed when we asked for them to be changed they said they didn't have enough people to do that so they just switched us to a new room? The other room also had stains on the walls. We only stayed one night and we don't think we'll be back how sad that this beautiful hotel is no longer being taken care of properly.

My locked car was broken into in the parking lot earlier this month. Another guest had the same thing happen. Please be mindful of surroundings regardless of the neighborhood. The hotel management was unhelpful and referred to their signage. There are NO security cameras and it is not well lit at night.
