Update (7 days later) My air has still yet to be fix, even with a heat index of 110°. I’ve talked to 6 different people and many answering machines. They are unable to give me any timeline of when I’ll get fixed. They expect me to live in my apartment when the temperature inside is 90°. There isn’t even a temporary fix they have to help me. Tried asking for a reimbursement for having to stay somewhere else with my dog or a credit off my rent, they will not work with you whatsoever. I have been a tenant since October 2021. The move in Process was easy and the unit was great....at first. Since then, I have had to file 7 maintenance requests. 3 of which were my AC going out. I try to be graceful but 3 AC outages when it's over 95º outside is ridiculous. They don't take the time or money to make their units worth the high rent prices; just bandaid-esque fixes. Although they advertise new units, very few of them actually are. Mine has pretty old carpeting with patchwork to certain parts, a super old washer/dryer, and whenever the last time they painted, they painted over dust and bugs. Disappointing.

I want to start out by saying that when had a pleasant experience when we moved in with previous management, however it has gone downhill since new management took over. We have been here less than a year but the quality of the apartment and the appliances are not great. Our washer has been broken for the past three months and we have not been provided any information about the status by management whatsoever. Whenever I call, they cannot give me an answer. We have had multiple doors fall off the hinges, which I fixed because who knows when maintenance will be able to come out, our faucets are hard to turn, the laminate is lifting, and many other things. Good luck trying to get any issues resolved from the management team in the office. I have reached out multiple times regarding our neighbors leaving trash out at all hours of the day, which results in animals opening the bags and spilling their trash out everywhere but nothing has been done. I personally had re-bagged the spilled trash three separate times and I have sent pictures to them multiple times without any response and when I went in to speak with the manager, I was given attitude and was told they were busy. Good Luck trying to get ahold of anyone. We love the location of our apartment, which is why I gave them 2 stars, however because of the lack of communication and quality, we may be looking to move at the end of the lease.

Do NOT live here. This is poorly ran and they do not care about the tenants. There have been dozens of issues with our unit since we moved in. It has been the worst 8 months and we can’t wait to get out. The paint is peeling in both bathtubs, the hot water tank does not function properly, the AC unit breaks constantly, doors fall off the hinges, the cabinets are half broken, the list goes on. There are also spiders everywhere. Every time you put in a maintenance request, it takes weeks to address. The plumbing in our kitchen is broken and we’ve been DOING DISHES IN THE BATHTUB for days. This place is a mess, please save yourselves from making the same mistake we did.

Update: I've called multiple times over the past 10 days to settle the situation and keep going to voicemail and do not get a return call. Just rent an apartment from someplace else. Worst living experience of my life. Also, if you have more time than me, small courts fees are just $150. Remember to take photos to justify against them. If I could give 0 stars, I would. We dealt with a cockroach infestation for a majority of our time here despite being religiously clean. Management had someone spray twice and give us some glue traps. I spent my own money to try and battle back the numbers we were seeing. (We have never had this problem in houses or other apartments until this one). We lived in the unit for 6 months and were gone most of the time due to not wanting to be in the unit. Despite almost no wear and tear and cleaning the unit for hours before leaving, we were charged 700 dollars after moving out. The list of "damages" were things I was told prior to move-out would not incur charges. Other places may be slightly more expensive but go somewhere else.
