I like Ross a lot. I found great dresses at times in good price. But not every time. 2019 year I found a very good collection and I purchased lot. But later ..not much to buy. I still visit twice in month to see if collection is updated.

Have 1 person to check you out. People come in and let their children pull clothes off of racks and dont pick them up. Parents teach your kids to keep their hands off merchandise.Their children runs thru the store like its a playground.

I love Rosses! It’s one of my go to stores when shopping, but the one in Brentwood is terrible! Low stock, clothes hanging off the hangers, disorganized, etc. The reason I actually decided to make a review is due to the staff. It’s very low staffed! With the amount of traffic, they have ONE cashier which causes a line of irritable customers and one stressed out cashier. The staff is stressed which causes very poor customer service when needed. They need management to take over this store and get it back on the right tracks.

While the people working there are all very nice, this store has gone downhill. Clothing on the floor, limited items in the makeup area and many other areas as well. I understand goods may be coming in slowly these days. It just feels from appearance more like the 100 Oaks Ross. Trashed. I also appreciate that you have customers that don’t care whether they throw merchandise down, tear things out of packages and let their kids run wild. Wish you could do something about that as well. Oh well, just compelled to write. Good Luck.
