to the management. if you really want to improve your service, you should refund me the money for the following items. You charge me $275.00 for repair the inhouse power, but it was never repair. My RV is still in dark and we had to sent it to other company to take care of it. Also, you charged me the inspection of the Appliances. But you cut all the wires of my Water pump and switch, but never reconnected back and repair it. Now I have to use other company to redo it. It will cost me $250.00 to reconnect it. Also, you release the RV to us without repair the Water Heater, the Water Pump and broken pipe and inhouse power. They are all in your inspection reports. How can you do business to avoid repairing the major appliances. It is disgrace. Do yourself a favor, please get away from this company. The customer services would never called you back. I left 8 messages everyday in two weeks. Looks like the people working do not coordinate to each other, nobody follow up the the parts order, the repair Statues and the customer's concerns. As matter of fact it took them four and half months to get my RV back, and my RV would be sitting them forever, if I do not complain the Management. Meantime we kept delay our comping trip.

Recently purchased an RV and as a new owner I’m not sure what to buy or need and decided to stop here and see what they had as it’s not far from my house. As soon as you walk in everyone acknowledges your presence and happily greets you making you feel welcomed unlike the other place down the road.
