They were more concerned that I was wearing SkyZone socks then maintaining and supervising the adjustment areas. Kids are trampling over each other and throwing foam cubes at each other's heads and they stop me because I had to buy the same exact socks that I was wearing with an urban air logo. Also please clean the bathrooms. There was urine everywhere.

This place is managed by teenagers it’s always dirty and always gross 🤢. My kids have membership here they only care about money we pay month to month never got notified that are membership was expired nothing then to top it all off they just want you to call corporate with any problems this so called manager sounded dumb and had no idea what he was talking about. Not renewing are membership next year

Perfect place to take the kids to burn off energy. It was pretty clean. Very friendly staff. We had no problem with this place. We will be back 🙂

Horrible customer service. Don’t buy memberships from this company because they lie and say you can switch to a new location if you move but then tell you you have to buy a new membership at that other location so really you will be paying twice in one month. Went back and fourth with this company from one person telling me to call back and switch it to others telling me that isn’t true and they can’t do that. I remember when I bought these memberships I read you can cancel if you move 25 miles away or change to the closer location. All lies. How hard is it for a company to just change your location? Not at all but they refuse
