I have been with State Farm for more than 20 years, moving out to San Diego, I would have assumed the customer service was similar. Oh was I wrong. I called multiple times trying to add my home owners policy on to my existing policy’s. Multiple voicemails with messages and text messages, with responses 3-4 days later. The office seems understaffed and unorganized, I love State Farm I just can in good faith recommend this office to anyone. Buyer Beware!!!

Over the years, Joe has amazed my husband and me by providing the utmost professionalism and genuine care. It started when we first reached out to Joe for our insurance needs.
