Callie came highly recommended to us through someone we love and trust. Despite that, she totally decided to ghost us! My husband and I wasted 30 minutes of our valuable time walking her through our situation, we agreed on the go forward plan which required her to send us an email with the information she needs. Five follow ups later - emails and calls - we are still waiting! This is after us being State Farm customers for years! Callie, ghosting people is not a winning customer service tactic!

Not sure what happened. I used to be a huge fan of State Farm and their customer service and would always recommend friends. But recently it's been pretty bad. Non responsive customer support, not following through on requests. Just poor business practices in general which is a bummer after being a loyal customer for over 10 years. Would like to stay, but am having to consider options. Will give it a couple more weeks, otherwise I'll be needing to make as switch.
