I called to see if they would switch out the ball on my hitch because I couldn't do it. They said yes. The girl said they get $100+ an hour for labor. The whole fix took 5 minutes and that included the payment. She charged me $20. I gave her cash. She did not give me a receipt. That makes the labor $240 an hour, tax free. At the most my bill should have been $12. I started to question it but she shut me down and said that's the fee. You know what that means? They will never get a recommendation or my business again. GREEDY!!! And, clearly by the response there is no change in attitude nor did any light bulb go off. Like I said GREEDY. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN and I am making sure nobody in my sphere of influence goes there either. I would drive 50 miles to Top Line Auto Care up in Old Bridge for service, why? Because Top Line is dripping with integrity, something this place knows nothing about. Anyone that needs an honest skilled mechanic, please try Top Line. I have another in New Brunswick just as good. Feel free to contact me for the address. It had to have a profound impact for me to make a stand like this. Then the bill should have been at the most, $11. I rest my case! So they offer me a receipt not the $9 they overcharged me. Think about this people and use wisdom...if you do you will go elsewhere and save a bundle.
