Hands down the best place for smoothies and acai bowls in NoVa. I had been to multiple South block locations and they are all great. My favorites are ABJ smoothie and Almond butter acai bowl. They are great post workout super foods with no added sugar and will keep you full for hours. I keep going back at least once a week as they are very delicious and I can't get anything similar anywhere else. Make sure to download their app and order online as the stores get busy sometimes and ordering online 10 minutes ahead can save you time.

Street parking in the neighborhood, and it is pay to park but the hours for parking are something like 8-4 on weekdays free on Sunday. Parking garage nearby that you can validate at Trader Joe's. Plenty of options.
