Wonderful staff!! We stayed overnight on our way home and Mert checked us in, he was so nice and friendly and made us feel welcome. As we were checking out Aug 2 the guy at the counter we didn’t get his name but he was super nice! The room was a little dirty, there were some crumbs on the floor and a mac n cheese tupperware container left in the fridge, but other than that really good experience. Staff deserves some praise!

Nice hotel nice room good bed… don’t waste your money on the breakfast! It’s a bad buffet. Full service hotels should have made to order breakfast! 95% of holiday inn’s do …. The others will at least cook eggs for you if you don’t like scrambled. Response to owners…. Your hotel DOES NOT HAVE A COOK TO ORDER BREAKFAST EVER DAY!!! I asked for eggs over and was told scrambled off the buffet only!

I was surprised at the age of the rooms considering the location. Definitely time for an upgrade; there wasn't a single USB port in the room. In this day and age. The room was definitely dated. Good location, within walking distance of food and shopping. Even though it was older, the room was comfortable, a good thing. It just needs a few creature comforts of the 21st century.

Positive: Location was good and safe. Close to many restaurants and mall. Negative: Room was in need of repair. Bathroom had mold on ceiling. Bathtub wouldn't stop dripping. Breakfast wasn't worth $10 each person. I reserved and paid for a room with 2 queen beds. I was given a king with a pull out sofa bed. Not the same!
