Today I went to this place called "health Center" to do covid test and get treatment if needed, the lady at the door didn't allow me to go inside and told me we don't do covid things, you you have to make appointment and gave me instruction paper. I told her I made a phone call and they told me to come, she didn't allow me again , I told her I was sent here by Parkland Health Hospital also she didn't even bother to listen. she is extremely unprofessional. How come a place call it self health center and doesn't treat people for covid? where people of Irving should go if their center will not accept them? I have been wasting two days calling everyone at Parkland Health, Dallas Health Department, National Hotline for covid, 211, and I couldn't find information or where to go , everyone transfer me or give me someone else number.

Just spent over 20 minutes trying to find physician with whom i had an 8:45 tele appt. Dr. Ghayas. Stayed on hold or being transferred during this time; have been sitting by phone, as instructed, for 45 minutes. Wore lipstick and shaved my legs…..

Staff is really bad , they don’t provide you with mask! They make you go to your car and find a mask and even once they send you they cancel your appointment! The treatment of front desk nurse and social workers really bad , they don’t have no customer service skills , they are rude to the patients if they don’t know how to speak English!

Yes
yes for parkland
You can come in and speak with someone in financial to see if you qualify for their insurance if so you can see a provider through the today clinic and possibly be referred to behavioral health
Yes, but you have to arrive before 7
They take walk-in but to save time it's better you have an appointment because they'll attend to those with appointments before you.
There is a Dental Clinic inside but they are not tied in anyway to Parkland Hospital
Well best to my knowledge I have recently taken my sister in law and my brother different days and we got there at 6:30am to stand in line were about 3rd and with my brother we got there about 7:15am and he was 10th person. So
Yes through the today clinic...730 at clinic for an appt
Yes just keep in mind that the bill will be higher because we are part of Parkland Hospital.
Nope, at least they have a meeting, cancel the appointments
You'll have to get on the Parkland Plan, if you qualify, or you'll have to pay. I suggest calling them.
Not sure sorry
