Employers don’t answer a question and that’s so rude

Don’t let these negative reviews scare you from coming! I booked my appointment 2 months in advance because I knew I needed to renew my license after turning 21 and getting married. I booked a 4:30 appointment on a Friday expecting them to be busy…and they were slow. I walked in right at 4:00 (you can only show up 30 mins before your appointment) checked in, did a vision test, and got everything done in 12 minutes! I got out of the DMV 18 minutes before my appointment!! The man at the front door and the lady helping me (Berni) were both so kind and helpful and even made jokes with me! Maybe it’s the time of day and day of the week that made this experience so great, but I highly recommend!

I had a good experience. My appointment was at 12pm and I arrived at 11:30am. Printed my confirmation slip and my number immediately came up. I immediately walked up to my assigned counter and renewed my license. I spent about 10 minutes. Impressive and quick. I was pleasantly surprised. I recommend going there with an appointment. It's fast and efficient

I had the absolute worst experience at this dmv. The Asian lady at counter 12 who served me was utterly obnoxious, rude and disrespectful. She treated me like a two-year old, just shouting and screaming with no regard. Her colleagues witnessed and no one said anything. I came prepared except for leaving a couple blanks on the application that I didn’t know the answer for. Please do better and have respect for people. Please do your job properly and before anything respect people. What a disappointment!!!

Old drivers license to turn in if you have it, original copy of your birth certificate or passport from the agency that distributes those, a utility bill with your physical address on it. Please confirm but I think that is all.

They have a limited number of walk in appoinments available. I showed up at 3AM one morning and got their last one. Some of the people in front of me were in sleeping bags. I was about 15th in line.
