Worst community with zero safety, all gates are always open , robbery incidents, car theft, maintenance tickets are never answered. Rude and unprofessional leasing office team with standard answer always. They cheat on you , never refund the extra money they deduct from you. Can’t find worst place than this to live . Your life is at risk if you are moving to this community. This community is located at good location but the community is worst . Find nearby good community if you are planning to to move. Last but not the least , this community is not safe for your children’s as their health can be at risk due to uncleanlinesses of the apartment common areas.

Safety and Security has come down in recent days. Also, poor Maintenance and they are more focused of putting fine on tenant for small issues without even giving a warning. There are many things which needs to be fixed, Only Frontier Internet is allowed to choose and connection is not Stable. Tenants has no choice other than Frontier and ended up paying more for the product which is not worth. They say Gated community but gates never close. Gio is located at the prime location but because of all these issues, tenants are losing trust and fed up most of the times.

Yes they do!!! It's a society.
You are so right they only want the rent.I'm having a serious mold issue and the office is telling the maintenance man just to put up new sheet rock over the mold..Mold grows if you don't cut it out..worst place ever to live..Call the Renters Association Greater Dallas
Pinnacle Living is the management company. Calls are never returned. It is probably best to send a certified mail. When they finally communicated with me, it was not the management company, rather it was the (at that time) manager. That was ineffective. If you have problems with code compliance (safety, sanitation, pest control), contact the city of Plano 'code enforcement division.'
You have to have papers from an actual doctor with his phone number to reach them. They will call to verify.
Thank you both for the feedback. I appreciate the help.
