Highly recommend. Exceeded all expectations on my legal situation with a dismissal. Would tell any and all friends & family to use.

Questions & Answers

How is he as a attorney as of keeping you out on probation violations even if u fought another felony case.?

Tom Cox is the man to go to. He literally went to work immediately on my case. He is also a bondsman so even if you have a probation violation, he can get you to court, sometimes hours later. He can get you a bond hearing, after payment he can bond you out . Exceeded all my expectations and got me reinstated within days. Very professional. Extremely polite and does what he says he can do! DONT HESITATE TO CALL TOM COX FIRST.

If I go to all my court dates, do I get any parts of my money back

When a person is in jail, and wants to get out, they can either post the bond in cash with the sheriff, or pay and bondsman/attorney to get out. If you pay the sheriff, they require you to pay the entire amount of the bond. So, if it’s a $10,000 bond, the sheriff would require a payment of $10,000. On the other hand, if you instead pay a bondsman or attorney with a bond account (like me) to post your bond, then you are only charged a percentage of the bond (often 10%), and then you don’t get any of that money back.
